R.E Service Group provides property maintenance, facilities management, commercial cleaning, handyman and repair services, grounds and landscape maintenance, and strata and building services across Western Australia.
All services are performed in accordance with applicable Australian Standards, the Building Code of Australia, the Building Act 2011 (WA), and relevant WHS legislation. Service availability and scheduling may vary according to location, trade availability, and weather conditions.
Nothing on this Site constitutes legal, building certification, or structural engineering advice. Content relating to compliance and regulatory matters is general in nature.
All service quotes are provided on a per-job or contractual basis and are subject to site inspection and written acceptance by R.E Service Group.
We will use reasonable endeavours to complete services within the timeframes provided; however, service times are estimates only and may be affected by weather, trade availability, material supply, or other factors beyond our control.
The Client must provide safe and reasonable access to the premises for the duration of the service. R.E Service Group is not liable for delays caused by access restrictions or site conditions not disclosed at the time of quoting.
Title in any materials supplied remains with R.E Service Group until full payment is received.
All intellectual property rights in the content of the Site — including text, graphics, logos, service descriptions, and software — are owned by or licensed to R.E Service Group. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property other than as permitted herein.
Job completion reports, photographic documentation, and compliance records produced during a service engagement are the property of R.E Service Group and are provided to the Client for their records. The Client may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit such materials without our prior written consent.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.
Where our services are supplied to a consumer under the ACL, you may have consumer guarantees including that services are rendered with due care and skill, are fit for purpose, and are supplied within a reasonable time.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for a breach of a non-excludable consumer guarantee is limited (at our election) to:
R.E Service Group conducts all work in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1984 (WA) and the Work Health and Safety Act 2020 (WA) where applicable. Our tradespeople hold current licences and registrations as required by Western Australian law.
The Client agrees to ensure that the work site is safe, that all known hazards are disclosed prior to commencement, and that reasonable access is provided for our personnel and equipment.

Each party agrees to keep confidential all non-public information received from the other party in connection with a service engagement, and to use such information only for the purposes of that engagement. This obligation survives termination for a period of 3 years and does not apply to information that is or becomes publicly known other than through breach of this clause.
